HCRE is a real estate development and investment firm focused on unique, high-quality opportunities in and around New York City. We build commercial, residential and mixed-use properties with an emphasis on the community and neighborhood that surround them. As a second generation business owner, I have personally overseen over 500,000 square feet of development in the Boroughs of Manhattan and Queens.

Canal Street Market

Canal Street Market is a carefully curated retail market, food hall & community space located in downtown New York. Our retail marketplace showcases local brands and direct to consumer businesses with a reputation for design focused and innovative goods. Our food hall proudly houses a culturally diverse roster of 12 first class food operators. I founded Canal Street Market with the mission of promoting small businesses in Chinatown and continue to be active in the day-to-day operations.

The Charles B. Wang Community Health Center is a nonprofit and federally qualified health center, established in 1971. It ensures that all members of the community—regardless of ability to pay—are provided with quality, comprehensive and culturally effective primary healthcare. I have proudly served on the Board of Directors since 2016.

Blockchain Advisor

My interest in the blockchain space spans decentralized finance, NFTs/digital art, and metaverse applications. I serve as an strategic advisor to blockchain based projects. Most recently, I helped UFC launch their first NFT artist series with Crypto.com and Gian Galang.
